1. Exchange Eligibility : We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing details and images of the damage or defect.

 

2. How to Request an Exchange : To request an exchange:

  • Include your order number, product details, and photos showing the damage or defect.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

 

3. Exchange Process : Once your exchange request is approved:

  • We will arrange for the defective or damaged product to be picked up.
  • A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and condition when returning it.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products that are not defective or damaged.
  • Items returned after the 48-hour notification window.
  • Items used or altered after delivery.

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • We will cover the shipping costs for returning and re-delivering a damaged or defective item.
  • If an item is returned for reasons other than damage or defect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
